The inspiration for CHUAN comes from the Chinese Rivers, such as the Yangtze River, Yellow River and Songhua River, which represent the origin of Chinese culture in China. “CHUAN” symbolizes water and wealth, and means strength and vitality. Chinese catering has been hearty from ancient times to the present. “CHUAN” restaurant absorbs the essence of tradition, combines with the modern, and makes the Chinese flavor well-known all of over the world.

As early as 1964, the Chinese Chef and master in the culinary arts had started his journey where he finessed countless methods of Chinese cooking. With all the experience and wealth of knowledge Master Sun had garnered, he earned himself numerous accolades, some of which included preparing decadent dishes for the world’s royalty and government officials. Queen Elizabeth II, Margaret Thatcher, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, and Kakuei Tanaka, to name a few. Master Sun demonstrates gastronomic wonders with his intricately designed dishes, each embedded with years of effort, love, and passion.
